40-4-Steve: Pacific Pinball Museum

We've done a lot of cool things for the yearlong celebration of Steve's 40th birthday, but the one he can't stop talking about is the Pacific Pinball Museum in Alameda, California. It was really neat. You pay an admission to get in, then have unlimited free play on 100 machines spread through 5 different rooms. Each room represents a different time period in the history of pinball; two of the rooms have jukeboxes on free play with music from the same era as the pinball machines.

Our group of 3 women, 2 men, and 2 boys (age 13 and 10) were thoroughly entertained for 3 hours and could have stayed longer. Heck, Steve would probably move in if he could manage it! Anyway, it's well worth a visit if you're within driving distance of Alameda.

  3. Hi Cindy! That is too funny - Katie and Anne probably would have moved in, too! I love that they had rooms to represent the different eras of pinball! Your layout is fabulous and really depicts the fun you had. And happy belated 40th birthday to your hubby!
